Life...All I know is I am liking it again. It is weird how in not even six months time how much life can change. I thought I wanted to spend the rest of my life with someone. I do not want pity because honestly that breakup has been the best freaking thing that could have happened. I am excited for what tomorrow brings and while I thought about things everyday since that day in February life kind of sucked. But now I am happy, I am looking at things in a new light. I hid myself to an extent and while I did hide my feelings I was not myself. I do not know what all of a sudden changed my opinion but I just do not give a crap anymore about the past.

Today, I went through my notes that I wrote last year about my weight loss plan. It made me smile because now I know I can do it again. I lost over sixty pounds last summer and I plan on losing it again and then some. I want to live everyday like it is my last. I do not want to take things for granted. My smile is bigger then it was yesterday, and my smile will continue to grow.

I am starting this again! I am doing a daily online blog. Some of the things you will read could be boring on some days and on other days ya might even laugh a time or two. But it will be updated every 24-48 hours to say the least.

I also want to say that my weight loss goal is dedicated to four people. My Parents, My Goddaughter Mackenzie, and myself.

Life...Will change and all I know right now is that everyday is going to be lived differently. I suppose Lance Armstrong said it best "Livestrong".

Morning of April 11th

Wow, just got back from downtown a few minutes ago with Don and Josh, I had a good time. I like hanging out with those guys.

So SNAP FITNESS it is going to be, Build and Tone fell through which I am fine with. The place looked very cheap and cheesy. I am excited to get working out and all that other fun stuff.

Life...

Wow, Long time no update.

I am going to try this again...

It's been four weeks since Jen pretty much kicked me in the nuts and then kicked me to the curb. I can honestly admit each day gets better. I signed up with Build&Tone this week and I am still in the process of getting set up with a personal trainer. I am ready to lose some weight and I really want to work on it and I'm going need help.

So if I end up going out to dinner with you and I order something I shouldn't please slap me. :)

I am basically going to use this site as an open journal, so please feel free to comment anytime.

Until Next Time!

Lunch

So I did a little cheating last night with eating Pizza at Dino's Pizzeria but it's all good. I just need to take a breath and relax and do this. I am not really nervous either with the Memorial Day weekend coming up I just need to make sure I hold back on a few things. I am a Burger kind of guy and I love grilled food. I just know it is tough.

I am going Olive Garden tonight with Jen and her sister for dinner I am thinking after going to a few calorie counting sites that I am not going to get out of there with out eating 600-800 calories and that makes me kind of upset because I love the Olive Garden. But I have to tackle this kind of stuff head on.

I took a long walk last night with Jen and now I have some more ideas on where I can go to walk and stuff here in Mankato. I went up a killer hill. It really is a killer especially when you are not use to doing cardiovascular activities.

I am starting to get into this exercise stuff, it is starting to be a lot of fun. I enjoy walking more then ever and to be honest I am starting to notice that I am quicker at walking from place to place. You cannot beat that! I think I am going to take a walk tonight after Jen goes to work. I might even try jogging for the first time in years.

Have a great weekend!

Hello People!

Well,
I went to the Doctor today and talked about losing my weight amongst other things. It is official since May of 2007 I have lost 36 pounds and I will be honest I do not think that I could be any happier or prouder of myself then I am right now. This is going to be tough but for the first time I know I can do it! I have never felt this way when it comes to losing weight and I must say it feels pretty damn good.

I have set different objectives for myself for along the way. When I make it below 370 pounds I am planning on saving enough money so I can get contacts and maybe some sunglasses. When I make it under 350 pounds I am going to save up for a Playstation 3.

My goal is to make it under 300 pounds and I will do that because I know I can and nothing is going to stop me. I know I can do it. I have the ultimate teammates God, Family, and Friends! I will be honest I have some goals that are going to be awesome once I reach them. When I make it down under 330 pounds I would like to get a new HDTV and when I make it under 300 pounds I am going to save up and get a new laptop. So either way I win, no matter what happens I will win. I get healthier and I get to reward myself with things that I love.

I am going to win and nothing is going to stop me! I am going to whip my butt into shape and I am going to kick my weight situation and whip its ass while I'm at it.

So I plan on making this blog fun with different things here and there and if you want to see me along the way please do so by book marking this site (CTRL D) or just follow me to my Myspace page at (http://www.myspace.com/robcwilkins) which I plan on updating on a regular basis.

Thanks
Rob
